Rudy's Tenampa Taqueria - Kansas City

Fresh chips and salsa hit a great local Mexican experience here. the people I ordered with the greatest afteros I saw almost everywhere! this location is located directly on the westport road, just a bit south of the historic 39th street district, put them close to other great foods and shopping opportunities.

That were the best tacos I ever had. I've never heard of anyone who's riding with Parmesan cheese, and I'll be honest, that doesn't sound ideal. I'm glad to admit that I was wrong! I came back the next day before I came back my flight to the house. Even the Mexican rice is more tasteful than most where I didn't want to eat with it and prefer it by itself. take the rice and the hot salsa they serve with their chips and put them in the tacos. so they are even better!

My man and I had the pleasure of eating even after rudy’s, too long a time, and had a wonderful experience! we ate at 14:00, so there were not many customers; miguel was our server and was very efficient and attentive. I had the vegetarian plate (with quesadilla, fajitas and nopalitos, and my man had the enchiladas aztecas. everything was delicious! I had forgotten how delicious rudys tortilla chips are--light and crispy, not oily at all and their salsa was excellent. I had a house margarita on the rocks that were well done and refreshing. the restaurant is bright, clean and welcoming, just like the personal. we had a great lunch and can not wait to get back to our next meal! (On the way: for the first time we decided to park in the corner that is intended for rudys customers, and it was a brise to come in and out. no more street parking for us!

This is my favorite Mexican place in KC. I've been eating here for nearly 20 years, and the consistency in quality has always amazed me. I suggest anything with their pork, it's the best!

Very tasty. More on the authentic side than the tex mex that many are used to in this region. So I loved it! And the wait staff is super nice everytime. I recommend this one for sure.
