Wendy's - Kansas City

This place should be demolished so that we can get a place where we can eat and who want to work with workers. I don't know how it's still open. employees so high could not even speak through the drive through. in any case must visit corp.

When pulled up, man taking order was rushing us. It was quite. No other cars in parking lot.Got home caesar parmesan salad wasn't even cold (it should be nice and cold, heck it is a salad. Then while eating came across old brown lettuce butt end a stock. I don't was to see that in my salad I just paid $8.99 for it.Plus no spray was in our bag for our drink.Disappointed again.Save your time money go else where.

The food was borderline picture perfect. I dont see it that way often. That being said the staff could use some people skills. They weren't rude just cold.

I ordered through the app and picked up my food in person. The process is simple: order through the app, go inside to the to-go area and pick up your food. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I entered. The place is clean. The food is what you’d expect from a Wendy’s.

The only thing I don't like is you have to enter/exit off Rainbow Blvd. Which is and always has been a very major/busy street. It also is a major US highway. There is an exit onto a side street, but again, unless you go several blocks out of your way, you are turning out onto a major thoroughfare. A majority of the patrons are from out of town,, and not familiar with the idiosyncrasies of the Rosedale area. The store is only a few.blocks from KU Medical Center. So you have a lot of traffic as well as emergency vehicles. It is almost impossible to turn left into or out of the parking lot.
