Wendy's - Kansas

I went through the drive thru twice because they gave me the wrong drink. When I told them it was wrong…she was rude and told me she made it, she knows what she made. I ordered cherry cream soda and I got Strawberry citrus. I order the cherry cream soda all the time…I know what it tastes like!!!

Great food. Havent gotten an ugly burger or chicken sandwich ever. Moderate to quick service depending on the nights.

Good food, when their system is actually working and they can even take your order. Good luck with all that.

I got to the drive through at 7:47pm. There were at least 6 cars in line. At exactly 8pm I pulled up to the window and was told they took the last order for the night. I said I had waited in line 15 mins to order. She apologized and didn't let me order. The other 7 cars behind me were sent away as well without any word of them closing at 8pm. Management should have notified us prior to us all getting to the window to order and being turned away. It was really slow service to begin with.. Poor cu … – show
