The ice cream is great and is five stars. But I'd say it's shaving ice cream about three. There are smaller portions, they charge extra for three flavors, and the condensed milk is not even a silky creamy consistency. The best ice I've ever had here is Lahaina shaving, it's a must to stop when you get up from Waikiki. I hope this helps you to have a great day

Nicest storefront dedicated to shave ice(that I 've ever seen! Visited during Thanksgiving and they had cute decorations on the glass. Fair value and portions but hoped the ice was slightly more shaved . Syrup Flavors tasted good. Clean and plentiful seating inside. Parking in the lot outside or across the way.

What an amazing find! The shave ice is easily the best we’ve ever had… way better than the overrated Matsumoto. So good, we went three days in a row. I had Lava Flow twice and Paradise Bliss once. The owner Gary is so friendly, personable and humble. Highly Recommended!

The shave ice is always ono. The service is quick. The staffs are always nice and friendly. If you go here, try to go after rush hour. I always had the same thing from here. The portion is good, there are 3 sizes and priced accordingly. Everytime we are in Kapolei, we always stop by here.

This place was out of this world. The reviews are true, the kindest people and best service AND incredible flavors with a generous price. We drove out of our way to get here and SO glad we did at our last stop from our week in HI before flying home. Worth the drive from Honolulu.
