Holzhacker im neuen Schuetzenhaus

If you are always served so kindly when you get such delicious food if it stays so attractive, then we come back! we have been there 3 times and can only recommend this locally.

We were again in the wood chipper in a carlsruhe. from the ambiente you can't expect too much. the whole looks like a restaurant from the seventies. probably because it's one. However, in the pre-Christmas period everything is very beautifully decorated and so it was a really pleasant ambience. We had reservations and that was a good luck, because it was extremely full. I am sure that our reservation was not forgotten, because we were finally put to the original. there we sat together with other guests we didn't know. to the happiness we had not planned a romantic date...In this season there are in the wood chipper gänsebrust and gänsekeule from the seasonal map. That's why we were there and weren't disappointed. that was wonderful and crispy. the pale slightly, but the sauce is all the more delicious for it. the personal seemed a bit overwhelmed, but was very friendly and ultimately served us quickly. we'll be happy to come back.

We were with friends in a bigger group to dinner there. the service and eating were very good, we had quite different eating but all were very satisfied. the service was always friendly and had everything perfectly in the handle. in summer you can sit in the open (located at the edge of the forest)

We just went on good luck to the wood chipper. what we found there is now one of our absolute favorites in karlsruhe. rugged kitchen, but slightly decorated. it starts with the delicious, even made sauces, goes on with the delicate meat and stops with the delicious supplements. the service was very friendly and attentive. this is the kitchen with a lot of love being cooked for crafts was not only promised but kept absolutely. besides the fixed map is also worth a look at the various local dishes on the tables. the facility has left the shelter house its identity and yet everything is very cozy and stylish. we have been very happy from the wood chipper, but will definitely be fed again there. full score!

I have eaten a rumpsteak (300 gramm, medium rare) with bratkartoffeln, steamed wobble and frying. a dense! meat perfect. tweeping and bratkartoffel produced in the pan, no mist from the frituse. all well tasted, beautiful and uncanny presented. Super!The ambiente is unusual, a large room with different large tables. not really cozy or stylish but o.k.A recommendation.
