Mcdonald's Karlstad Våxnäs

Toilets not clean, several mistakes on the order, even though we ordered on the touch screen.

Pretty normal Swedish McDonald's. We miss Anki though.

Employees not finishing order because they're too lazy to make iced frappe, having us wait 15 min while preferring other orders before ours. which in turn made the food cold

They're quick with orders as long as the entire restaurant isn't filled to the brim with people, helpful staff aswell, she offered to help me carry the food when the bricks was too much to carry in each hand.

Stopped for breakfast around 8:30 on a Monday. The food was mediocre and the place was dirty. The floor was sticky, tables filthy and we didn't really enjoy it there : Next time for that money we'll go for another better place.
