Captain Jack's Fish & Chipper

The crumbed barramundi was delicious. Portion size was great. The chips were cooked perfectly (and had chicken salt!). Service was incredibly slow but the outcome was worth the wait.

Their Barramundi was very tasty and crispy! I also tried their lamb kebab and that was wonderful with the garlic aioli!!!

Consigliatissimo per il take away questo locale ha una scelta varia sui piatti di pesce (che viene prevalentemente fritto); il personale è gentilissimo ed il rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente ottimo. Ci siamo stati entrambe le sere della nostra permanenza a Katherine. Capesante gigantesche e deliziose, buono anche lo squalo. Da provare!!!

This is a takeaway in the centre of town. Prices are definitely tourist prices. The hamburgers are listed as 'Wagyu beef' etc. Chips are good but automatically come with chicken salt unless you ask for plain. The burgers and fish are nice and good-sized serves.

Tried fish and chips here last night. They where terrible. So oily. Chips where not cooked properly and fish was filled with oil and over cooked. Beware.
