Írjon visszajelzéstI wish I had caught before the photo, but here's the after, Lol. This place has one of the best grills I've ever eaten. We had brisket, sausage and Mac and cheese. Absolutely delicious. Oh, and friendly service too. Can't wait to go back!
Some of the best 'Q to be thrown anywhere! The damp endbrise was melt in your mouth tender and full of taste, this is now in my room the flame breeze....the good! They had a caprese special of the dayworst that was 5 stars....Käse dried tomatoes and beef... The pork ribs were some of the most delicious delicate ribs. The 'Q was so good that I didn't even think about tasting her sauce... maybe next time. The Zilantro Jalapeno stole was epic, but the Tater salad was even better... if that's possible. This place is popular and they do not have enough parking so early, they open at 11:30 am most days.... so we showed up at 11:10 am and were the first through the door. They move in 60 to 90 days to a new location and the parking should be better.
First you know you're in a good place when you show up a few hours after opening and they say they only have a brisket and some pages left. My wife and I shared half a pound of brisket with their Mac and cheese and a special side they had for the day that was corn, paprika, brisket and beans. Brisket is forever ruined for me in Utah, as I now know how to taste it. I'll be back when we're in the area and hope we can taste their famous Beef Ribs.
Ultimately, this box checked on my BBQ tour. Great staff and I have a small interview before the order so I could order a proper lunch. The bride was great. I have the chopped beef sandwich and pinto beans that were fantastic. Be ready for a small dinning room and limited parking, both of which are worthwhile, with for this very good BBQ restaurant.
This place is in a small strip center. Between a barber shop and a tire store. Don't let that fool you. Great que. Great brisket, with a good rub. The sausuge is house made and has a great taste. The chicken is juicy and smoked perfectly. The cole slaw is more of a cabbage slaw. Not my preference. Can't wait until they get a bigger place. Which I hear is coming.
