Just came to have a nice sit down dinner with the family so the kids can play and this place served me the worst chicken Fry's I have ever seen. Hard as rock!!like I'm going 10 feet away and sitting down and opening this up how can you think that would be a good idea to give me old and hard Fry's!

I have no idea who made my chicken royal club, but my god, it tastes AMAZING! You came through this time, and I appreciate it <3

I like this location and stop here often, however the last few times I've visited, my orders have been wrong. And it's non-issue to return to have corrected, except the last times I've been on my way to work and unable to, so have eaten food that I really don't want. Please improve accuracy, as I do like to order from here.

Fountain drinks were bad on 2/12/2024.The Burgers were hot ,fresh, and well assembled. The fries were also hot and served quickly .Almost all of the drinks were out ,or nearly out of syrup and tasted odd to bad.

HORRIBLE!!! Employees to busy on their cell phones to pay attention to customers. Man and woman walked in and locked the woman's bathroom door, with kids present, went to let the Manager know, at first she hid in the office and when she realized I wasn't leaving the front counter she walked out to talk with me. She didn't see a problem with them being in there, and then acted like she didn't understand. Finally got our order correct, it was made wrong, sat down to eat, at one of the few clean spots in the lobby, a cockroach was walking across the lobby. Hopefully the District Manager and owner of this location realizes the major issues with this location and addresses the ongoing issues with this location, if either of them even care or visit the store.ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
