Fajita Pete's Firethorne - Katy

This restaurant has a nice and relaxing atmosphere. The fajitas are the best I've ever had—they taste even better than those at Chili's and other places.

I ordered food online but received a call informing me that they were out of chicken. They asked if I wanted to change my order or cancel it. I chose to cancel my order, but I was still charged for it, totaling $87. When I tried to call for assistance, I was told that only a manager could resolve the issue. I inquired about when the manager would be available, but they couldn't provide an answer.

The food was amazing! The staff were friendly, though they struggled a bit with handling change and had to go to the back for a calculator to give the correct amount. Despite that, they were very polite. However, I found the prices to be much higher than I expected, especially considering the food was served in plastic containers.

$9.99 lunch special for a portion large enough for two people to eat...impressive!! The food was very good also.

I placed an order at 7:40pm, not knowing they closed at 8:00pm, and receipt said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I got there 10 minutes after the order was placed and apologized profusely about placing such a late order and not knowing they would close in 10 minutes. The girl behind the counter (don’t know her name) has been there all 3 times I have been there and she was so incredibly polite and understanding. I sat and waited for my order for a few minutes, apologized again, and she said, “No worries you’re fine!” and meant it. Great service. Great food. Will keep coming back for both.
