Have been looking for a nice place to sit down and get some work done that’s reminiscent of the old Starbucks vibe rather than a more modern corporate one. If you’re a big coffee drinker like me, do get the unlimited sips subscription which lets you essentially drink any drink on the menu and get free refills as many times as you want. Great for caffeine addicts. Also quite quiet and clean. Really cool

Second time in a row missing items in my order. I realized once I was home and called to request a refund for the missing item but Manager had just left for the entire day and they could just offer me to deliver the item but I had to go back...

Either the cheese or meat was metallic tasting and the workers looked like they were out of it mentally. They got my order wrong (put no veggies on it). All the ingredients were thrown on and there wasn’t enough of anything. I’m having food poisoning as I’m writing this.

Inaccurate Order they missed all the sides. Kids were so unhappy after a long day. No one picks up the phone. Unprofessional.

Had a really bad experience at this location. I was yelled at by a manager when I had a question about my order, they then printed a refund receipt instead of having a conversation or correcting the issue but despite the 'refund ' I was still charged for the meal I couldn 't eat. I was so embarrassed and the kitchen crew was just laughing at me. I 'm not sure why this behavior is acceptable by this company.
