Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Katy

This is my favorite Popeyes! I'm here recently. Fast service, very nice staff, they remember to give you your spices, napkins, cutlery, elect. I'm going out of my way to get to these Popeyes

I want to give a huge shout-out to the night shift manager, Jarret, and the drive-thru staff (I don’t know his name) for providing the BEST customer service. The goodness I experienced was unexpected but incredibly appreciated. I just wanted to publicly thank you for your assistance and outstanding service!

The Popeyes located at Fry Rd. and Morton Rd. is typically quite busy, but the service is quick. I usually order the chicken sandwich with red beans and rice, while my husband opts for the three-piece wing combo with the same side. The chicken in my sandwich is always freshly cooked, as are the wings. I believe this is why some customers might complain about the wait time. Personally, I would prefer to wait for freshly prepared food rather than receive something that's been sitting under a heat lamp just for the sake of speed.

The service was quite slow, but it's not fair to blame the hardworking employees at Popeyes since there were only three of them. These women impressed us with their skills and warm smiles. The blackened tenders, buttery biscuit, and red beans and rice were absolutely delicious!
