Whataburger - Katy

I haven't dined at a Whataburger since 2014, and unfortunately, there are no locations in metro Atlanta. Visiting this restaurant brought back fond memories. The establishment was spotless, and the service was exceptional.

I really enjoyed the food, but I’m giving you 2 stars due to the management's lack of thought. It seems like you’re trying to mimic others rather than focusing on supporting your own employees. When there’s a long line and both drive-thru order takers are busy, why wouldn’t you have someone else out there taking orders? The first thing I said to the young lady was that someone must not be looking out for her.

This is consistently the worst fast food experience imaginable. I've had more enjoyable meals digging through trash cans. The burgers arrive 15 minutes late, regardless of how many customers are in line, and the fries are colder than your ex-girlfriend's heart.

This place has amazing staff and fast service. My family went in to get lunch after back to school shopping and it was great. They took our order quick and had no problems. We got our food reasonably quickly and it was hot. You could tell it was made toorder. I would definitely recommend this location

This is my new favorite place to eat especially the one on Barker-Cypress heading towards Towne Lake. I got this double cheese burger with grilled onions, ketchup (also add some spicy ketchup , mayo, and mustard on this sandwich. When I say my eyesrolled to the back of my head with joy it was amazing!!!
