The reviews seem a bit unfair. The food is usually below average, but the service is generally quite good. The atmosphere feels dated, although there are some nice beer options on tap. Overall, the place is fairly clean.

No one greeted us or took our order. Waited 10 minutes and walked out!

So I heard and seen on many of these ratings about this business, well I guess they were all right, its obvious the owner or owners don't care who they have there, very disappointed in our visit last Saturday afternoon on 11/23!!

Many of these reviews are outdated, as they were written before the devastating fire and the construction of the new restaurants. Recently, I found the restaurant to be very clean, with polite and attentive staff. The service was fast, and I didn't encounter any negative experiences.

The second time they get food again. in no case happy. the first time that we were immersed, it took us to eat and it wasn't the biggest. the sitting design was too well thought out every time someone went into and out of the men's room, you could see everything that's going on in there. at the second time, my fiancée ordered food for the collection. She said it was 25 minutes. we live 5 minutes away. she went in and was ignored about 10 minutes. When they finally got our food, there were another 20 minutes. When she came home, it was not only cold, but also soggy. as I said, we live 5 minutes away, shouldn't have been like that. will not go back.
