When it was time to pay, I also had to get up to the counter since the waitress didn’t bother to bring the check. I mentioned the dirty basket to her while paying, but I only wanted to inform her about it. Instead, she gave me a dirty look and laughed, making it seem like I was trying to get free food. I repeatedly told her I wasn’t looking for anything free, just wanted to bring it to her attention. She dismissed my concerns, saying, “It’s just a little grime,” and continued to laugh. At that point, I was really frustrated, and we ended up going back and forth about their rudeness and poor customer service. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing.

I placed a straightforward order for orange juice with no ice and a croissant with just a little butter, but they couldn't get it right. Every time I visit or call, I make simple requests, yet they never manage to fulfill them correctly. I'm not sure if it's due to poor customer service or if they just do things their own way. I wouldn't recommend trying this place—it's simply not worth it.

I had an incredible experience! The customer service was outstanding, and the food—specifically the Creole pavilion I ordered—was absolutely delicious. I loved every bite. I highly recommend this place!
