Chipotle Mexican Grill - Keene

Sitting with my family for the first time yesterday! Everyone was so friendly, happy and great for us! Food was amazing!! Three meals for $21 cannot beat it!

I was just in a few moments ago and felt like I needed to tell someone about my experience. There was an extremely rude man in front of me who was actually swearing at the woman who cashed him out. I didn't hear the whole conversation, but what I understood was that he was unhappy it felt different from other chipotle restaurants he had visited. I would just like to say I admire how fast all the employees have learned their jobs considering this is a completely new restaurant location with all new staff. Small hiccups should be expected in the first few months, its how we learn and grow. I was honestly appalled by how rude he was to your employees but impressed with how they handled it. As soon as I left I realized I should have said something in person but I hope the employees who worked today see this message and know that there are people who understand the struggle of learning a new position. You are doing a great job! I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your week.

Ordered delivery from here twice this week because the first time was so good. Everything was fresh, cooked right, and well prepared. They weren’t out of anything and I got a lot of extras.

Stopped here to try out the food here. We all had pork and rice burritos. They were prepared fresh, and tasted delicious. When you stop by here for a meal this is how it will work... First get in line and wait for your turn, once your near the front counter you then tell them what you would like to have and which toppings, they put it all together and as you move down the line you can pick out your condiments and your order is pretty much complete. Wait a brief moment and allow them time to neatly wrap it up and plate it for you, the person at the cash register will ring you up and from there don't forget your drink cup or bottled beverages and look for an open table so you can sit and enjoy your meal Also just a note for the future this Chipotle sells bottles of beer if your in the mood for an alcoholic beverage Thanks for reading my review and have a pleasant day #SMASH the like button if my review has been helpful for you to today

The dining area is smaller than you might expect; it feels more like a café or coffee bar. However, the limited space is efficiently designed. The food was excellent and the service was prompt. I ordered the Burrito bowl, and I recommend that first-time visitors check out their website beforehand. It provides a detailed breakdown of the ingredients and options, making it easier to place your order when it’s your turn.
