Kfc - Keene

This is the worst KFC I have ever visited. My wife ordered the breast meal, which came with mashed potatoes and gravy, as well as coleslaw. The chicken breast was no larger than a small thigh, extremely dry, and tasted like it was a day old. The biscuit was very hard and dry. The mashed potatoes were unappetizing, and the gravy also had an off taste. This was at 11 AM, so there’s no excuse for food being that stale or poor quality.

The food from Taco Bell is quite good, but the KFC side leaves a lot to be desired. The chicken tasted old and was overly salty. It seems they have trouble keeping their stock fresh, with the exception of the not-so-great chicken. I’m not sure what’s happening, but KFC really needs to improve. I’m not a fan anymore.

Update: I returned a second time while passing through and the food was fantastic! It was hot and delicious, and lines quickly formed just moments after I arrived.

This is the second time I 've come and got tenders this week cuz i thought id give it another try they were dry and cold hard as rocks, dry cold hard fries, seltzer water for a drink, they completely got the order wrong and missed the dipping sauces anduntensils. They couldn 't give me the correct change back because they didn 't have change and I had to get a giant cup becausethere were no other cups . I sat in rhe drive thru for 25 minutes to get garbage food that I was overcharged for that wasdumped in the bag. $26 for a tender meal and a mac and cheese. Never again. Ever

The KFC in Keene has really gone down hill. My chicken bowl was dry, the corn was hard. Chicken was okay. I know it?s hard for restaurants with limited staff but you charge the same amount for your food and service so you?re food should still be good.Thanks
