Starbucks - Keizer

The experience at this Starbucks is quite positive, mainly because of the attentive and friendly staff. I'm always treated well and feel appreciated as a returning customer. The store itself is spacious and offers plenty of parking. Typically, I would take away a star for the high prices of their drinks and the removal of some of my favorite customizations, but that's more of a corporate issue rather than a reflection of this specific location.

The staff is incredibly friendly, providing excellent customer service that is always fast and efficient.

I love the caramel band crisp frappuccino from Starbucks. And of course, the holiday favorites are now for vacation and they are amazing. And the staff is very friendly

I had a great time, and Grace Howard was delightful! She served an excellent London Fog tea latte.

Dane has by far given the best service of any Starbucks I’ve been to and I drive all over Portland Metro. He was incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful when I went through the drive Thru. Everytime I go to Starbucks and he’s there he has gone above and beyond his duty. This guy needs to me recognized by management for what he does. You guys have a special employee, and he is the definition of excellence!
