Pizza Hut - Keller

I would like to commend Julian for his excellent guest service! He didn't appear disheartened when I walked in, unlike his teammates who remained seated in the back and seemed unmotivated. Julian was friendly, humorous, and he truly made my experience enjoyable.

I received my order quickly, and the delivery person was very courteous. The pizza was outstanding, and the soda was perfectly chilled.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The manager and staff were extremely friendly. After a major issue with the Timberland Boulevard location, I won't be going back there, but Keller Parkway has won my loyalty for good. They not only offered to resolve the mistakes made by the other store, but they also handled the hassle of getting my refund. This team deserves all the recognition they don’t often receive. After a long day at work and the troubles I faced at the other location, they completely turned things around for me, and the pizza was fantastic. Thank you!

I'm quite disappointed that the crust flavoring is no longer offered. It added a significant flavor boost, so I might start ordering from other franchises more frequently. We usually get two pizzas once a week.

Pizza Hut at its finest! The pizza was delivered on time, hot, and ready to enjoy. Absolutely delicious!
