Moose Creek Grill - Kellogg

What's not to like? This was my first time there. The waitress (Heather) is a sweet young lady. There was a choice of soup or salad before the main course. I decided to go with the salad and bleu cheese dressing. My only problems with the salad were they could have put more tomato and they definitely need to put some cucumber in it. About the meal; I ordered steak and shrimp. The steak was really tender and it came with shrooms, broccoli and mashed potatoes. The only part that was was disappointing was that they could have put a couple more shrimps on the plate. It's a shame it's closing in July.

Enjoyed (thoroughly) filet mignon special. Meat cooked perfectly, veggies al dente (yum).... Mini sweet waitress. Will return if in area for sure.

This place is great! It has a comfortable atmosphere with freindly service and GREAT food! You really get the full dinning experience here. There is everything you could want, I love the sea food. Definitely the best restaurant in Kellogg!

This was the night to try rice based dishes. I had veggie curry, GF yeah, and the hubby had chicken Gorgonzola over rice. We also had a couple of beers both local. Moose drool brown and Wallace Brewing's Vindicator IPA. As appetizers I had the tomato basil soup and the other was a spinach salad. The tomato soup had nice chunks of tomato along with plenty of basil. The spinach salad was hearty with dehydrated mandarine orange slices with candied walnuts and slices of red onion. The staff of course is the piece de resistance and cater to your every need. We didn't have to ask for water, our drinks came right away, and our table was cleared quickly. What more would we ask for nothing I say nothing!

10 out of 10 The best restaurant I 've been to in the Silver Valley counting Coeur d 'Alene and Spokane. One wonders what it 's doing out in Kellogg. Not exactly a town noted for its love of finer dining. I 've been here 5 times and loved everything I 've ordered. Nice ambiance and friendly staff, but seriously, this is well made food.
