Mcdonald's - Kelmscott

When it comes to fast food restaurants, I prioritize service, cleanliness, and amenities. I only bought a drink, so I can't speak to the food quality. However, I was impressed by how clean this particular McDonald's was and the friendliness of the staff.

My family and I had the pleasure of being served by Tim at the drive-thru. Thank you for your positive energy and attitude. My 11-year-old daughter even said, "the world needs more people like Tim" in the car. I completely agree! Tim provided exceptional customer service and truly made our day. Keep being your amazing self!

I would like to thank the staff for their friendliness this evening. The freshly made Filet and coffee were both exceptional. Although these items may seem basic for a restaurant's menu, we truly appreciated the freshness and quick service.

Timothy is THE BEST staff we've ever come across at any fast food drive thru. He is chirpy and makes your ordering a pleasant. We definitely need more workers like Timothy!

Went to maccas after busy night at work on Wednesday, only to be greeted with an amazing worker and excellent customer service, I want to thank Tim (hope I got that right) they were so cheerful even though it was 10.30 pm. They made me laugh by their sense of humour and how polite they were. Thank you Tim! Also food was the best I've had from Maccas before!
