Cap'n Yoby's Drive-ins - Kelso

My husband just brought me here, and I can confidently say it's one of the best fish and chips I've ever tasted. The batter had a wonderful wet dip style and was cooked to perfection. I tried mine with cocktail sauce, and it was fantastic. The crinkle fries were also cooked just right. I highly recommend this place to everyone. If you haven't experienced it yet, you're definitely missing out!

The food was good, but I was frustrated by the misleading prices on the menu. While I waited for my order, I noticed the woman who took my payment snacking on a handful of French fries or potato chips—I couldn't tell from the drive-thru window. However, that’s beside the point. What bothered me was that she wasn't wearing gloves, and neither were the other employees wearing hair nets. To me, that seems a bit unprofessional, especially given the high prices. I understand that prices need to increase, but if they could update their menu prices online, I would have been better prepared. For just three items, my receipt totaled $53, which left me feeling a bit disappointed.
