Írjon visszajelzéstWe enjoyed our visit, tour, tasting and will soon enjoy our purchases. Unlike It’s Lynchburg neighbor it’s a quaint distillery. We walked in and were given the Vip treatment. The owner, Phil Prichard, greeted us and asked where we were from, etc. We signed in and Angie began the tour. My only complaint is that she talks fast but in her defense and to her credit she gives that tour frequently and seemed to wear many hats and she wears them well. There were so many products to choose from. We bought Rums and their TN Whiskey.
Popped in here with our RV on our way to North Carolina. Good internet signal, so my husband and I could do some work then take a tour and do the tastings. Love that they are open early!Definitely check this place out if it's on your way! They have whiskey, moonshine, flavored and chocolate liqours, regular and flavored vodka, and regular and flavored rum.All staff was very laid back, friendly and knowledgeable. Easy RV parking. They are also part of Harvest Hosts, but we were only there for a few hours. You get 4 little tastings for free and the tour is free. Lots of great merchandise. We bought the spiced rum and vodka...both reasonably priced and very unique!!!I would love to see them expand in a way that invites people to hang out...by selling individual drinks/cocktails and serving some food. There are recipe posters all over the place suggesting different ways to use their product in drinks.... Would be great if those drinks were available.
This school house around 1939 turned rum distillery worth stopping when you are a fan of rum or history. Like most, I think Jamaica when I think of rum, but the Pritchards of rural southern Tennessee will educate you that world class rum can be distilled here in whiskyland! You also have a fucking good whisky, vodka and liqueur! Fun tasting, tour gift shop!
This is probably is the 10th or 12th time we have visited, we brought our family from Wisconsin for the tour. We love the tour and the tasting and finally got to meet Mr Pritchard himself. Our only complaint was the tour guide talked so very fast that it was a little hard to understand her.We love visiting
Stopped here while waiting for a group to go kayaking and it was well worth it. The tour was great and informative. The workers that I interacted with were friendly and seemed to be having a good time in general. After the tour had a small tasting of my choice of products and then even bought a bottle for after the kayak trip.
