Snowflake Donuts Kemah

Well it 's Sunday Funday and yall know what that means...doughnuts and kolaches! As still kinda new to the San Leon/ Kemah area, I decided to look up some good doughnut places for breakfast. This place came up with 4 stars and great reviews. Located next to the Kemah police station (lucky cops.. , I didn 't have difficulty finding the place. Upon entering I was greeted with a warm smile and Hello! . Checking out their display cases it was clear that the early morning crowd had beaten me to some of the better choices; still all in all, I had a good selection to choose from. I got my usual blueberry glazed (absolute favorite of mine.. and a chocolate iced, cream filled doughnut . I also got 2 small kolaches, one with Jalapeño, sausage, and cheese; and one without the pepper. All were very tasty with my coffee once I got home. The shop itself is clean and presentable, although I 'd try to spruce up the back area of their main waiting area (it seems that 's where they kept over stock, sodas and what not . It wasn 't a huge eyesore but still, use your space to fullest to maximize profit! Will definitely be back again and here 's hoping they do some of the specialty doughnuts like other places in the area do, like maple bacon glazed...so good!

First time visit this morning at 6:00am. Coffee ready, the boudain kolaches taste fresher than other places, CRULLERS ARE AMAZING! Highly recommend the plain crullers, although blueberry crullers were right up there with them. Moist, flavorful, and HUGE. Customer service exceeded my (high) expectations. Courteous, efficient, quick, and to the point. In and out. Love it. Appears family owned. By the looks and tastes of their donuts, they take pride in their work. We found our new go-to donut shop. Thank you, Snowflake Donuts. You have our business.

Donuts are alright. It says Snowflake Donuts but they have closed and an individual purchased.
