A&w Canada - Kemptville

Wanted two burgers with nothing on them. Double checked that they understood there was nothing on them. Order took over 10 mins to finish and we got two burgers with everything on them. Took 20 mins to fix the mistake. Worst A&W we've ever had. Everything tasted old and was way over salted. The restaurant is dirty inside. Do not recommend this location.

No paper napkin in tray! Big no guys!!Onion rings was very greasy..I've been to many many A&W Ontario..States...love A&W this one I felt no paper in tray I wonder how clean was it! Greasy dripping onion rings is a no go guys. A little quality control would give you 4 stars. We were there on off peek hours...sooo make it happen guys! Easy fix!

There were only 2 crews at this branch that morning. They only take drive-thru orders. The owner of this branch should step-up and bring in additional crews to cater more customers every weekend and open up their dine-in spaces.

Not very clean and had run out of everything think you need new management when they can't even order enough napkins or buns to use just

Stoped in for breakfast, right away notice the A/C was not working on one of the hottest days of the year, ordered and was told they where out of Orange juice and white bread after getting my food notice there where no ketchup cups left no napkins in any of the many dispenser’s no a&w spice available. Service was okay sat outside since it was a bit cooler with the breeze
