This used to be our favourite coffee shop. Today I stood at the cash for ages while the server made a fancy coffee for someone and the two servers in the kitchen chatted. Finally I was served. The server brought the coffee to the table, spilled a fair amount on the table, and didn’t notice, just walked away. We had to call her back. The coffee was cold. We ate cinnamon buns and drank the reheated coffee while we noted three servers in the kitchen giggling, no one at the cash register, and a growing pile of dirty dishes stacking up on the soup counter. Deal with it. Poorly trained staff, is all I can say.

Have been here a few times now (the carrot cake is a must have). Team is lovely, place is cozy, food is fresh and delicious! I’ll be going a few more times…

Great local coffee and bake shop, the desserts are wonderful and the soup with a tea biscuit are a favourite option. Very filling and flavourful, I've never been disappointed. The baked goods here are all so good, but I'd recommend the peanut butter squares- they're addictive! This is my go to shop when picking up desserts or treats for friends. The number of gluten free options are wonderful as well.
