I ordered an salate. paid for it. waited 25 minutes, then without them. $15 per hour?

Today is the last time I go here, I’m done giving chances. My soup wasn’t even soup it was literally just dumplings it was so bad and dry. Soup should be dry lol especially chicken and dumplings. Then when I asked for fries they gave me a sprite, which is fine I can see where they got confused but When I stated it was a dr pepper with large fries I get an attitude and then they hand me a drink of sprite mixed with dr pepper, like are you kidding me. everytime I come here my food is nasty or its wrong in some way. Then they like to argue back. Horrible. Nice to know you hire people who obviously don’t care about the customer or the company ??

Terrible food ! We ordered 2 belt busters all the way and just got meat, cheese and bread and cold like really cold never again here Cuero and Gonzales are the best !!! I’m sorry kenedy but this was terrible !

Horrible! Lady was rude taking the order then the order took 25+ minutes to get, they handed me the 6 ice creams I ordered then took another 15 minutes for my burgers by the time I got my food the ice cream was melting! So I asked them to remake it and when they handed it back to me it was even more melted!!! SOO horrible!

Those peppermint and chocolate bits Blizzards are the bomb! Made at this location, especially so.
