Café Du Monde Williams Blvd - Kenner

Dexter and Annie gave us great service this evening. It was really fast service and both of them were friendly with a nice smile. And the beignets weren't too bad either.. especially with extra powered sugar.

The beignets are great here. We appreciate the quick service and air conditioning, so we often visit this location when in New Orleans. However, you can’t beat the atmosphere of the location on Decatur with the crowds and the heat and the powdered sugar everywhere. But they could at least try for a little atmosphere here. Some music would be a huge start. It’s so quiet in there so it makes it awkward. And the service is pretty terrible. Zero personality and zero interest.

Cafe du Monde is a culinary treasure! Their beignets are pure bliss – golden pillows of dough dusted with heavenly powdered sugar. The combination of warm, fluffy beignets and a cup of their signature coffee is simply divine. A must-visit for anyone craving an unforgettable indulgence.

Coffee was so hot that horriblly burned inside of my mouth. inside layer started peeling off and i was spitting it out within an hour and roof of my mouth is a big blister. if you get coffee here, make sure you have an attorney lined up.

This place was okay! Coffee tasted a bit old and burnt for going in the morning. And the beignets were a little dense for my taste. Wouldn’t recommend in my opinion
