Shake Shack Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport

Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced , not just at a shake shack but at any store or restaurant. Just go anywhere else in the airport for food, it’s not worth the horrible service you’ll receive at this location. I expect more from shake shack!

The food was delicious. They got in the weeds for a little bit but Jackie, who should be recognized, calmly collected everyone’s tickets (who were waiting for food) and got everything back on track pretty quickly. She did a great job.Vegetarian options: Mushroom sandwich.

What I like most is that the prices are reasonable for an airport. I can recommend the Shack Burger (angus beef cheese) and French Fries.What I think could be better is that the ketchup dispenser was broken and that I had to return to the line to ask an employee for ketchup.Overall, I would bring family to this place for lunch.

Food and service can use an upgrade. Cooks watch to see who the order is for, then wait. 30 minutes for our order and it was thrown in the wrapping. Service and atmosphere can not be rated..

Surprisingly good, especially for an airport. Takes a while to get your order, but it was worth the wait. Something about the way the cheese melts into the meat is so good. They could use more sauce and fresher tomatoes and lettuce. We loved the crinkle-cut fries. I must confess, I've never eaten at any other Shake Shack. This seemed like the best option without an expensive formal sit-down meal, though Lucky Dogs smelled good too.
