Best Starbucks EVER!! Their team at this location are very nice,fast and helpful people..

I have been to a lot of Starbucks in my life, never have I ever been through so much bs to get a coffee and a sandwich. I paid, they lost my order completely, nobody would help me when I said I had been waiting for 40 minutes (all my friends already had their food/drink), and eventually ended up waiting an hour to get my full order. To make matters worse, the Starbucks employee Trixie mocked my friend who was trying to fulfill my order after my countless failed attempts. Avoid this location at all costs!!

The best time to visit is in the mornings. That’s when customer service is the best.

This has the be the worst Starbucks. I live right here and always mobile order, but lately the app ALWAYS says literally everything is out but when you go they don't know why because it's not out. I had to start mobile ordering the second I woke in the morning for it to be ready in time because even mobile ordering it's never ready at the time it's supposed to be ready. I used to mobile order about 5 minutes before I'd walk out and it's 10 minutes from my house, say I order at 6:45 it'll say ready for pick up at 6:55 I get there for 7 and it's still not ready and I end up waiting another 15+ minutes sometimes my order gets lost, I've had to cancel my order so many times because of almost being late for work EVEN THOUGH i ordered SO early and made sure I had enough time. The first few times it's ok but it started happening EVERY TIME and I wake up so early for work that it's not usually busy when I go. My drinks never consistent- I order the same thing ever time and a few times it was either not full to the top like it usually is or ALLLLLLLLL half and half no coffee what so ever. The lady even noticed it before I did once offered to make me a new one bc she knows my order, I never see her anymore I now go to the one on vets and it's been SUCH a change- the same drink that I've ordered for a year consistently tastes and looks SOOOOOOO much different at the vets store, it's perfect every time. It's ALWAYS there when I get there I walk in and walk straight out even if I ordered as I'm leaving my house. I've never had any issues with the app saying items were out when they weren't. Even when they were extremely busy once my drink was still ready when I got there- I don't know who manages the chateau Starbucks but it needs new management bad.

I Always mobile order when you go to pick up you still have to wait sometimes up to 30 mins after you mobile order ppl who walk in and order get drinks before you do, ordered a venti cafe misto for husband and the cup was about 1/2 full have complained to corporate several times about issues with this and other locations. I heard this store has NO MANAGER
