Dunkin' - Kennesaw

I always love coming to Dunkin' Donuts because their donuts are so fresh and out of this world. Even though they are huge, they are always delicious. The staff is friendly and my order is always perfect.

I had ordered a blueberry and lemon balm. they were fresh and delicious.

I usually don't write reviews about my experiences, but today I have to. I came to this restaurant for lunch at the suggestion of a friend. I ordered tater tots and a drink. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with either as the drink was not what I expected and the tots were burnt. Despite this, I didn't make a fuss and let it go. However, when I finished work and went to do my grocery shopping, I realized that I had been given incorrect change and was left feeling unhappy. It is important for employees to pay close attention to their actions and operations while on the job.

Do not go to this Dunkin' location under any circumstances. Take a few extra minutes to find a different one, as you will regret it otherwise. loyal Dunkin' patrons have been advised.

I decided to use the drive-thru to place my order. The line was lengthy but it eventually moved. As I glanced through the window into the restaurant, I noticed a messy environment. The counters were dirty and croissants were left out on display. Despite the busyness, the sight was unsightly. I experienced a delay in receiving my order as they were busy inside as well, and unfortunately, when I received my food, it was overcooked. My croissant was tough and my hash browns were clumped together. Although I usually enjoy their breakfast offerings and don't typically encounter issues with the restaurant, this visit left me disappointed.
