Írjon visszajelzéstI'm not sure what the issue is, but this is the second time I've found myself waiting in line for a cashier when there was another young lady available to assist. When I finally reached the cashier, she seemed more focused on finding her coworker, who was just bouncing around instead of helping me. This establishment really needs to improve its service. Although I don’t enjoy the bland food myself, my client does, and I expect to receive the same respect he would if he were here in person.
The tables were piled high with dirty dishes. While the staff was friendly, they lamented about being ready to leave and made sure to remind us they would be closing in just 35 minutes. Furthermore, they seemed to be in a rush. After placing our order, we were informed that they had run out of takeout containers, and no alternative was offered. What happened to good customer service? The food was hastily prepared, and the bathrooms were in a terrible state. If I had visited the restroom before ordering, I would have walked right out.
I really enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich. When I ordered it, I requested a side, and I chose the side salad without realizing it came with an additional $5 charge. So, in total, it ended up being an $8 sandwich and $14 overall! Unfortunately, it didn't feel worth it. The side salad I chose had some wilted lettuce, which was disappointing given the extra cost. The meal took about 20 minutes to arrive, which felt a bit long, especially for a lunch order. The staff seemed to be working at a reasonable pace, but the wait still felt excessive for a simple order. I had high hopes, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
Very beautiful place inside and outside. Food is great and delicious, so I recommend it. I had the Cuban and it was very good. The main complaint I would have is that this place on your order takes at least 10 minutes, so it is wise to order before time. Along with what I went there both times, the staff was not the kindness, and they did not seem to work together anymore, so only to do their own things. This caused several times when I saw my food sitting there and the cash registers just did nothing and I had to wait more time than I was in a hurry.
I'm very disappointed in how dirty this location has gotten. Not only was the restaurant floor and counters dirty but the outside of our to go boxes were covered in the food that was all over the counter (and I have a food allergy). Lastly, there was a long hair in my daughter's food. I would have given them a pass if it was busy but there were only 3 customers in the building. Would have loved to talk to a manager or sent a private message as to not ruin their reputation but couldn't find a way.
