Írjon visszajelzéstThe menu sounded wonderful, but the food fell a bit short. The pig bell was pretty good, the cedar donuts a little too fat. The cookies were hard. Somehow I expected fresh avocado for Hollywood Benedict, but it was a sort of avocado spread. The English muffin was not crispy enough to keep the perfect poched egg, avocado and tomatoes. Hollandaise Sauce was very good. I was told that the breakfast Burrito was very good and the breakfast board was generous in the portions. Steak and eggs were all right. All in all a good meal, not a great one. The ambience was wonderful; we were through the cracking wood fire. All the people who went back and forth to the baby shower drove us through to the other room and it was a little distracting. The service was wonderful. I will probably give Foxfire another attempt, but my friends from the city had a nice memory of our last visit years ago.
Always a good time for a group. We sat next to the fire I love that they have a burning fireplace. The food was great and maybe a little expensive. I've eaten here many times, and it's never a disappointment. We'll be back.
Great atmosphere and food. Serving could pay more attention to details. No offer used to refill drinks, not replaced silver from course to course. But servers were very pleasant. Of course back.
My husband and I were eating at the fox fire for the first time! The atmosphere is sweet and stylish without being too elegant. We enjoyed the Caesar wedge and Thai Calamari, both incredibly highly recommended. Then for dinner we had to chop the lamb and the eggplants rolanti. Every thing was cooked for perfection, especially lamb. we even had room for dessert and when the cook noticed the slices of cheesecake where too small he sent a slice for everyone to take it home. So beautiful and generous, especially at the price of cheesecake. But I would highly recommend this place for a nice date night or even a family meal.
We started with the THAI CALAMARI and LOCAL CHEESE CHARCUTERIE BOARD. Both were very good. The calamari was delicately breaded and fried lightly. The cheese charcuterie board contained various cheeses and meets and berries. We were given enough time to enjoy our appetizers. For our main course, I ordered the apple spiced pork chop. My wife ordered the FRUTTI DI MARE ALLA VODKA. Both of our dishes were warm, not hot as expected. My mashed sweet potatoes were cold. The chop was fatty and tough. The item my wife ordered was also cool. The seafood was mah. We were the only two people in the restaurant. We would have expected the food to come out hot since the kitchen staff was not busy. The music was too loud in my opinion, some may have liked it at that level.
