Unfortunately, it is temporarily closed, which is disappointing since I was hoping to stop by for dinner tonight. I hope they will reopen soon!
On my first visit, my order was marked as ready, but when I arrived at the store, it was actually not prepared. I had to wait about 25 minutes. To make matters worse, I had ordered a hot dog, but they informed me only when I got there that they didn't have any. There’s a grocery store within walking distance, so hot dogs shouldn’t be hard to stock. It seems that missing items is a common issue based on other reviews. The burger was fine—nothing remarkable, but decent—and the fries were good. However, I was charged for the hot dog, and while I was told I would be refunded, it never came through, and by the time I followed up, I had already left the area. During my second visit, I ordered a burger, a buffalo chicken sandwich, fries to share, and a bottle of water. The burger and fries were again good, but the buffalo chicken sandwich was disappointing. I had chosen the crispy option but was served what resembled a deep-fried leather strap instead. The sauce didn’t taste like buffalo sauce at all; it was more like a chili-based sauce with barely any chicken, just bread soaked in the sauce. I also got mustard BBQ sauce for my fries, but upon opening it, I found dried, hard bits and some strange clear pieces in it. Additionally, they had run out of bottled water, so out of 5 items in my order, only 2 were available and edible. It’s frustrating since restocking bottled water should be a simple task. This time, at least, I received a notification about my refund for the water. My feedback about the food service is directed towards the owner. If they’re not present, I understand the situation better, but it seems the restaurant might be neglected by its actual owner. During both visits, the staff was friendly, but on my second visit, there was only one person working during peak hours, which is concerning. I know the food industry has faced significant challenges recently due to the pandemic, inflation, and labor demands, but it feels like this place is intentionally heading towards closure due to poor sales and quality control issues.
Be cautious when ordering! I asked for ice water and was surprised to find a charge of $2.29 on my bill. I later discovered that they only sell bottled water and well drinks. I was trying to save money by opting for plain water instead. Aside from the pricing issue, I would consider returning, but given the high prices, it's unlikely I will.
We ordered the delivery. Uber Eats delivered our food without comment on delivery service. The food we received was just okay. Pro growers were made on request, bags were crispy, frits and onion rings were acceptable. Con- no diving sauce was given.none at all. Hähnchen BLT Sand, which was not only made wrong, but it was rough. The chicken was over cooked and stringy. There was very little sauce. Lettuce was so confused. Pickles were butter pickles (gross) and no tomatoes or bacon. Even if the chick sandwich and the missing sauce were the only con, the pros are not enough to go back.
Waited about 25 minutes for 3 tenders when it says 4, dry like the Sahara, look horrible, my girlfriends was 2 tenders but one was ripped in half to make it 3, EVEN THOUGH IT SAID 4 on the menu, asked for sauce twice never got it, horrible after an hour drive to longwood gardens.. shoulda waited at Applebees, went there after longwood.. I should get something for this being so bad
