Panda Express - Kennewick

I like Chinese food and this place has a wide choice of dishes. The food was just the right temperature, the taste was good and the price was reasonable and the service was fast. I liked it.

I feel like the customer service here could be better but the food is delicious and affordable for a Friday night family dinner.

Polite and friendly staff. My orange chicken and grilled teriyaki chicken were AMAZING, my rice and noodles were bland though. All of the food was hot and fresh. Just bland.

Went for late dinner and we were disappointed they gave us old bad general chicken we pull back on drive thru and gave it back. The manager made it up by giving us a gift card for next time, so I’ll give 3 stars for that, they need to keep up with the food quality.

I only go here about every three or four months, but I doubt I'll return now. With the increase in price (once again) and the fact that they switched to a smaller to-go container several months ago with less food in it, on this visit the quality of food wasn't very good (chow mein did NOT taste fresh at all) and food was greasy (the item I ordered wasn't even fried, it was the Teriyaki Chicken) and they had run out of the sauce packets, too.
