Texas Roadhouse - Kenosha

It was along the time since I had eaten here before covid the server was great, but the quality of the food went the appetizer was good, but very salty.

20 september 2022 was our first visit to the texas roadhouse chain and I was pleasantly surprised how well the food and service was. we went during work.

We have dined here twice, in 2019 2023 during the visit of the family in the opposite. this restaurant is consistently busy and supplies exactly what she promised no.

The food was good tonight, but the service was terrible. My family and I usually come here on Fridays because it's my mother's favorite place to eat. Normally, the service is great, but our server Steve was awful. I hope he's new, otherwise it's unacceptable. When we sat down, there was no butter for our rolls. We asked Steve for some, but he forgot. We had to ask another server, who had to tell Steve to bring us some butter. When he finally did, he spilled it on the table and made a mess. We had to ask him to clear the table for us, and he wanted to do it right away. My mother asked for more butter for her carrots, but Steve told her they were already buttered under the sauce. She didn't want sour sauce on her potatoes, so my husband had to ask him for more butter. In the end, my mother still tipped him because she's a nice person, but if it were me or my neighbor, we wouldn't have. Steve needs to improve or move on.

I had dined at this restaurant before Covid and had a good experience with the server. However, I noticed a decline in the quality of the food. The appetizers were tasty but overly salty, making it not suitable for those with high blood pressure. The bread was the standout, which is why I gave this review 4 stars mainly because of the server. However, in terms of the food and overall experience, it could have been rated lower.
