Eastern Star - Kensington and Chelsea

After a long day in London, we wanted something to take home for dinner. We passed Eastern Star in our neighborhood, and we are so happy we decided to try it. We ordered many dishes for takeaway, and we enjoyed all of them. In addition, the staff was so polite and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant for takeaway!

Regular visits to London have ment looking around for good food, We tried this takeaway for the first time today certainly wasn't disappointed. We played it safe with the Chicken Chow mein Meat Spring Roll. The chow mein was tasty and the home made spring roll was large with an unexpected kick in the spice stakes. Admittedly the gentleman behind the counter did seem like he'd had a bad day but, we all have them. I look forward to trying more of your menu in the near future.

We decided to get takeout from this restaurant near our location for a quick meal before heading out for the night. The menu had a variety of options, the service was fast (although not particularly friendly, a smile would have been nice), and the food was served hot. The food was decent, with plenty of chicken in my dish. The restaurant has a good hygiene rating, so that's a plus. Overall, it served its purpose in satisfying our hunger.

I've lived in EC for 32 years and only recently started using this takeway because of the lockdown and my regular place closing down. I don't understand some of the negative comments. The food is delicious and fresh, well cooked and always pipping hot on deliverly. I have had to call this place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would not use another takeaway.

After long day shopping and being out in this hot weather, we order from here for home delivery. We placed pretty huge order and our food was with us in very short time, not even 20 min. I've been having food from this place already for take away and the first impression is honestly bad, because their shop look very bad outside/inside. But honestly this impression got nothing to do with food, coz even this time we was not dissapointed. Everything was fresh, super hot and very delicious.
