I went to this restaurant for my birthday and there was a small confusion with the seating arrangements. However, the staff were all incredible and very kind. This was my second visit and I will definitely return. Thank you to everyone for making my birthday so special.

Not only beautiful decor but also the best quality and service experience is harf to find these days. Highly recommended its like a fairy tale place.

There are plenty of options to choose from on the menu, which includes some tasty healthy dishes. The selection is wide with a range of prices. The menu features many traditional Lebanese and Palestinian dishes, such as falafel and hummus, along with fresh orange juice and various egg dishes for breakfast. Although I miss the coffee shop that used to be here for years, this new restaurant is a great replacement.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an unfortunate experience I had at your restaurant on 04.10.2023 During my visit, I ordered scrambled eggs. However, to my dismay, I discovered a hair in my food. This was not only a displeasing sight but also a significant concern for hygiene. I immediately brought this matter to the attention of our waiter, and expected a swift resolution. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the response I received. Not only did the waiter not offer to replace the dish with a fresh one, but they also did not take any action to rectify the situation. To add to my surprise, the dish was not removed from our bill. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the level of service and hygiene standards at your establishment. Finding a foreign object in one's food is an unsettling experience, and I believe it is the restaurant's responsibility to address such incidents promptly and professionally. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure that incidents like this do not occur in the future. It is crucial for the reputation and credibility of your restaurant to uphold the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
