This is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. The food and decor were both amazing, and the customer service was fantastic. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I had an amazing dinner last Sunday at this restaurant! The food was made with excellent quality ingredients and the menu was unique and interesting with a lot of options to choose from. I also appreciated that they had many Halal options available. Our favorite dishes were the grilled chicken and humita stuffed with maize. The desserts were also delicious, especially the lemon madeleines. The service provided by the waiter and manager was fantastic. They both went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable, explaining the menu, ensuring we were comfortable by the fireplace, taking photos for us, and being very friendly. We stayed until closing time and were the last ones to leave, yet they never rushed us or asked for payment. The staff was polite and cheerful. I highly recommend this place for both the service and the food!

The ambiance, design, service, and menu were flawless. There was nothing to fault and we are eagerly looking forward to returning. Casablanca Cruz is definitely one of London's best kept secrets. A special shoutout to Davide Martini for going above and beyond to take care of us and surprising us with his warm attention to detail. He is a true hospitality professional and Isabel's team is lucky to have him.

I have brought my friend to this restaurant to celebrate her birthday, we have spent twice the amount we originally intended with our excellent service from our waiter giuseppe! it was our first time, and we will become regular. we had a wonderful meal with wonderful wine. both recommended by our waiter. thank you. giu to make our night so unforgettable!
