Blinker Tavern - Kent

My drink took a very long time to arrive because they are not willing to make cocktails, as this is more of a beer and food establishment. When it finally came, it was milk? and far too strong, as I noticed the bartender pouring extra alcohol. I also observed the kitchen serving food in to-go containers, even though it was ordered for dine-in. As a woman, I felt uncomfortable being harassed by a drunk older man, and the staff did not intervene. The atmosphere was loud and catered towards a male clientele, making it difficult to have a conversation without yelling or getting very close. I did not even order a second drink and do not plan on returning to this establishment.

The staff was very welcoming, and the drinks were reasonably priced.

This is now my favorite restaurant because they have delicious food at affordable prices. The staff and the chef are amazing. I had heard great things about the food here, and now I can confirm that it is true.

Not since the 80s good prices and reasonable eating.
