Food was tasty as usual. I ordered the New mushroom Swiss double burger. Which I will regret later. It was everything I wanted!!However I picked out wilted dark lettuce from my salad. Didn't they see this?? Why did you serve it then? Only a few tables to wait on... Just saying...Seated at dirty table and had to request it be wiped down. What's going on people.Great I'm watching as the menu's where being wiped down...great! ?But why walk away without wiping off the crumbs and salt (by the front entry)?? Guest like clean tables...maybe not enough help today...

I have been getting the BOGO wings every Tuesday for months. Me and my wife quit going because the service is horrible for the online pickup. The younger guy behind the counter is always rude and has an attitude. I’ll never go

My family comes to BW3 every Friday. We come in with a party of 4 and ask for a larger table as there were 4 available just in the small section around us. The host told us no because they are saving them for bigger parties, no one else came in the whole time we were there at 7:00. Our waitress displayed her attitude immediately after I requested to move to the larger table adjacent to us and she also told us no. We order our drinks quickly to avoid her snippy tone and she brought the wrong drinks. Then, as we place our 20/20 wing order with 4 sauces that we order every week, we notice the light that’s still burned out above the table next to us, we noticed this first 2 months ago. That tells you about the attentiveness of the management. Our waitress came back and told us we can’t do 4 sauces for our 20/20 deal. When I displayed frustration and tried to explain that we have gotten this every week, she told me she’s not dealing with attitude and will not be serving us. I spoke with the manager who told us that every server is different and our server did not feel respected so she will not be serving us. I expected the manager to offer us a different server or come to an agreement, as this is the worst service I’ve ever had, but nothing was done and she blamed us for the servers hasty attitude. For their prices, it is ridiculous that I could not have a bigger table where all of our elbows didn’t touch. The manager was incredibly young and obviously inexperienced at management as I’ve seen this place rapidly decline in maintenance, cleanliness, and service. The server didn’t even bring us the check for our drinks so after 10 minutes we had to find the manager and ask to pay her. Every time I come here I spend over $100 and am appalled to have been treated with such distasteful service. My family left and we went to The Basement in Brimfield, our waitress was a complete 360° from the service we received at BW3. I would not recommend anyone come here, there are better wings and service elsewhere.
