Írjon visszajelzéstThis was at Kent Street Station.. I ordered a regular hamburger. It was a 3 napkin burger! The meat was a fresh pattie and had lettuce, the fresh kind with tomatoes and onion. It was dressed perfectly with mayo. So juicie just like the old days and not one bit like McDonald's and the other fast food chains.
Really disappointed in my dining experience this evening. My girlfriend and I went out because this is out favorite spot before our movie and we got served our worst meal yet. I found a huge clump of cheese in my salad, and the salad I requested was stringy and broken. We also ordered shakes right when we sat down and explicitly asked our server to have those after our meal. Then he came and brought the meal and said it'll be a bit longer for the shakes Definitely a thumbs down experience today for this crew, we'll have to start going to Agave or RAM if our next experience is anything like this.
One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! Food grilled fresh right in from of you! Old school dinner feel with exceptional 5 milkshakes! Staff was super friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu! Definitely my go to spot when I’m in the mood for a great burger!
Had the opportunity to visit this great little burger and fry establishment. Never had been too any of these restaurants. For a chain type of establishment, I found the burgers and fries BETTER then other similar business. For example like modern day A W. The food at Johnny Rockets reminded me of what A W used to be like in the 1960's, or great local Mom and Pop burger joints. When burgers were cooked like you wanted with fresh lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and cheese that taste like real dairy cheese! Not anything made from processed petroleum chemicals. So in short this Johnny Rockets at Kent Station, reminded me of my childhood, and going out for burgers with my family. A plus regarding the memories, this place was decorated as if back in the 50's and 60's, or what I called the good old days, when food was food, good service was great service, and a smile was a smile. Give them a try!
Good basic hamburgers, hot dogs and shakes. Always quick and hot food. Not sure if it's the culture of those who run this particular site and I'm not usually one to tell someone to smile but in customer service the girls who waitress could be a bit friendlier and try to smile. It's a little off putting when someone is just giving you dead face.
