Írjon visszajelzéstI was very disappointed with our experience at the restaurant. They seemed to skimp on the sides and didn't fill the containers properly. My husband asked for salad dressing, as we always do for our burritos, and they told him it would cost $6 for four containers. Though he paid for it, I wasn't happy about the price. I asked to speak with the manager, who said they would charge $1.55 for each container. I explained that it wasn't listed as an additional charge on the menu. I agreed to pay for two containers, but it still felt excessive for dressing. The manager refused to budge, so I ended up getting a refund for the dressing as well as the $37 we spent on our meal. It was disappointing that we had to waste some food, and I really hope this situation doesn't happen again.
I ordered online and found that Chipotle really needs to improve the user experience for redeeming rewards points. It seems like they intentionally make it more complicated. Also, the chat feature on their website is not helpful at all; the bot is useless and doesn't assist with anything. This will be my last order from Chipotle—I'll be choosing Barberitos and Taco Bell from now on.
I enjoyed fresh and delicious food that was served in just 15 minutes at 8 p.m. What more could you ask for? The staff was friendly, and the portions were generous. The food was absolutely fantastic. I would share pictures, but unfortunately, the food is already in my stomach!
First, the location is good, the food is good. But the service is hit and miss! It is not consistent, sometimes I go there and it goes fast and sometimes it takes quite a lot of time! It looks like they don't have enough staff, but what I don't understand is why if there aren't many employees, the other employees who sometimes just walk around don't help? One day I waited for more than 10-15 minutes to order I was first in the line! Everything's okay! It's not the same when I go!
Absolutely horrible and terrible customer service! This specific store has been going downhill for awhile and this last visit puts the nail in the coffin! This store has no consistency when making food and employees have very little care of what's going on! Multiple employees have some of the worst attitudes along with having portion control issues with their food items. If you want food in Kernersville, spend your money somewhere else!
