Írjon visszajelzéstI 'm pregnant and have been desperately craving TC lately, therefore, we 've been there almost everyday for several months. The last several visits, we 've had wrong food, stale chips and forgotten food. The food we have received has been carelessly put together- (no plastic wear, bean and cheese burritos with no cheese, no lid on the nacho cheese (resulted in a spill all over the rest of the food), (our son is severally allergic to cheese) we request no cheese on his tacos every time we order, have explained this to them each time and have them verify it back to us- every time we get home, his tacos are covered in cheese, which results in a second trip back to TC and much more. I would advise checking out the TC on Sidney Baker and not waste your time and energy with the TC on Junction Hwy. We 've now given this TC quite a while to fix things and we 're more disappointed each time. Needless to say, we won 't be back to this TC until they get there stuff together. I appreciate the employees who show up but it 's not just about showing up if you 're not caring to do your job correctly.
The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The food was ok but a good overall stop.
I go pretty consistently at least once a week during lunch. Service is great never have to wait.
Awesome place to Yalls Awesome Food Every time, Yea Yall
Since there are 2 Taco Casa locations in Kerrville, I want to start by specifying this review is for the one located on the west side of town, on 891 Junction Hwy. The food here is very good. The super tacos are very delicious and they go very nice with Nachos. One drink I highly recommend is their half and half tea lemonade, known there as swamp water . Don 't ask me why it 's called that lol. The only problem I have with this location specifically is their outdated speaker system from employee to driver in the drive thru. Apparently the device in question is over 30 years old (older than me mind you). To use it, you gotta put your head close to the device and press a button to speak. I have not tried it, but you can see it in action if you are at the order counter inside and I must admit it looks awkward to use. With that said, when you go through the drive thru, the employee taking your order sounds very static y. Sometimes I can barely hear the employee at all. So if your hard of hearing like my mom is, I suggest going inside for placing your order if possible. Hopefully the owner of the location will consider upgrading to 21st century tech and use headset microphones like many other drive thru equipped restaurants. In conclusion, the food at Taco Casa is good, so I do recommend stopping on in(side). P.S. I have not done the drive thru at the 1215 Sidney Baker St, location. Next time I am in the area, I 'll be sure to see if their drive thru sound system is better or not.
