Today's experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. Our family members, who had been waiting there for 12 hours, couldn't find where to sit and had to call us for help. Despite arriving at 12:00, as agreed, we were the first to arrive and had to lead our guests to a messy table with reversed tablecloths, scattered napkins, and various holes. We waited three quarters of an hour for an aperitif, and over an hour for our first bite to eat. The buffet setup was chaotic, making it difficult for guests to find their way, especially at the hot buffet. The service was slow and amateurish, with staff members seemingly overwhelmed. We even had to serve our own drinks at the table. Overall, our experience was not positive and we cannot recommend this restaurant for events such as communion parties. We hope that this feedback will help improve the services in the future.

Very well and well served and pleasant services, also under pressure, one remains meritable.
