The Swinside Inn - Keswick

The meal was just okay. I had to send the vegetables back because they were cold and didn’t seem fresh. The chips were dark, as if they had been overheated.

We were quite disappointed to find that the full menu displayed on the website was not available.

Great food and beer in a fantastic atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic eating. great portions. beautiful to see various foods on the menu to most pubs.

Food and beverages were wonderful, nice to dine near to an open fire also. Only reason for not a full 5* and this is a very small thing. Is there was 1 member of staff standing to greet you whom didn't seem to know what his job was?? But he soon found someone who did and they sorted us out pronto.
