During my visit to Ketchikan, I ordered Sockeye Salmon to be delivered to my home in Charlotte, NC, intending to give it as a gift to friends from Alaska. However, after trying it in one of the included recipes, I was blown away by how delicious it was! Sorry, friends—I’ll just share the website with you as my gift from Alaska instead.
