Polar Treats Two - Ketchikan

I only tried an Americano and an ice cream cone. The ice cream was quite good, especially when paired with an unusually thick waffle cone. The staff were all very friendly. However, the Americano was disappointing. I inquired about the number of shots in the 16 oz size and was told that two long shots would be sufficient. Unfortunately, it tasted rather watery and lacked the rich flavor typically expected from this drink, especially when compared to brewed coffee. I didn’t have an espresso shot here, so I’m not sure if it was the espresso itself or just too much water. It may vary for others. If I had more time in Ketchikan, I'd likely explore other coffee shops, as there are plenty around.

I didn't try the coffee, but I ordered a Red Bull spritzer, and it was absolutely delicious! They offer a variety of flavors, and it was really great!

My family and I came here for a quick pick-me-up before our excursion in Ketchikan.They offered a variety of specialty coffees and sweets. I ordered a frappe which was good but not great. I think the girls working were a bit in over their heads as the line was out the door and they forgot a few of our orders.

Terrible service with a bad attitude! The hot chocolate tasted more like hot brown water, if you catch my drift!
