The Kneadery - Ketchum

Absolutely! If I ever find myself back in Ketchum and can only choose one place to eat, this is it. It's a charming spot with beautiful front and back patios where we enjoyed our lunch. I ordered the Huevos Kneadary (huevos rancheros), which were outstanding, and a blueberry muffin that was wonderfully warm and fresh. Everything we had for lunch was fresh, expertly prepared, and delicious!

Wow! This place was fantastic! After our camping trip, we were craving some hot food and ended up at the Kneadery. They had a great selection of gluten-free options, which was perfect for me. The gluten-free grilled cheese was delicious, and it came with the best tomato soup I've ever tasted! The server was really friendly, even though we didn’t see her often. I actually appreciated not being interrupted while we were eating. They made sure our water glasses were always filled, which was a nice touch!

Had a fantastic breakfast with superlative service. Thank you. I found the full size taxidermy bear a bit sad and anachronistic.

We are Sun Valley local, yet we don’t get out for breakfast much… today my husband convinced me I wish he hadn’t. Your satisfaction here probably depends what you are looking for….. if you just need food in your belly, this place is fine. It also probably depends what you order. My husband loved his “Blackstone Benedict”, but my blueberry pancakes were the most flavorless pancakes I’ve ever had…AND very “light” on blueberries. There were blueberries only in the center of each pancake, not spread throughout the whole pancake. One of my daughters had chocolate chip pancakes rated them “basic, nothing too special”. My other daughter had the “Sun valley two, two, two”… she said it was good but prefers my pancakes at home which are Stonewall Kitchen. My recommendation is, don’t order pancakes here, as they are not worth it.

One of the most pretentious places we have ever eaten the place was soooooo busy, jeees knows why maybe nowhere else open as we couldn't find anywhere . I had the worst Cobb salad ever. Drowned in vinegerette, so just pure sogginess. Smallest portion ever! Def feta, NOT blue cheese don't tell me otherwise, I had to mine for it, but eventually found some hiding with the one sliver of avo ? . If you're a couple expect to get shoved in a dark corner. Nearly got my eye taken out by the waiter's elbow as he was mopping up water the waitress spilt at the next table. Once again in the North West shocking service by youngsters who really don't give a toss. Why would they, they're busy......
