Hot Head Burritos - Kettering

My husband requested fresh pan-seared items because the ones in the pan looked brown and soggy. They did prepare fresh ones as we asked, but then they placed them on top of the old ones and served it in my husband's bowl. He is too kind to cause a scene, but this is simply unacceptable. I wish I could share a picture of my husband's bowl to show how he’ll have to throw away the entire top portion.

1st time trying this place out, it was soooooo good and sooooo many options and toppings... this place is sooooo much better than chipotle

It is o.k. Sometimes it is fantastic, other times it is very so-so. The meat, especially the chicken, is very bland needs marinated to be more flavorful.

I have been going to this hot head for about 10 years now. I have knows just about every store manager an shift leads there have been. I stoped coming to this store for a while a little over a year ago because the workers were rude an the food just wasn't good. Ever since Stef has taken over the stores it's always clean, the food is always hot an delicious. If there is ever a problem stef always takes care of it. Her team is great(Charlene an Josh are amazing) this is the only store my family will come to. Kid-friendliness: My children love this hothead store!!

First time going to this location and it was a very mixed experience. The overweight blonde girl that was working the register and her glasses wearing friend were straight up hostile to me and my family while we were attempting to pay for our meal. I understand people make mistakes, and was trying very hard to be reasonable with both ladies but their attitudes and spiteful nature were awful to deal with. They need to retrain the blond because she initially made the mistake with my total and mischarged me. But the glasses chick was absolutely rude and WOULD NOT be patient AT ALL as both me and my friend tried to explain the blond chicks mistake. The food was good and the guy they had working was SO POLITE and very sweet to my son, but those girls...awful service. Awful experience. Will never use this location again personally.
